Black Haw or Blackhaw [Viburnum prunifolium] is a member of the Honeysuckle (Caprifoliaceae) family and was found off Campbell Road, Trout Lake on 29 June 2013. English Plantain or Narrowleaf Plantain[Plantago lanceolata] is a member of the Plantain (Plantaginaceae) family and these photos were taken on Campbell Road, Trout Lake on 29 June 2013. Campbell Road in Hermon, New York, near Trout Lake, on 23 June 2013. Unfortunately, I saw the remains of two other turtles off the road too. This one was sunning himself in the afternoon.
