Butter-and-Eggs

Butter-and-Eggs [Linaria vulgaris] found near some railroad tracks in Chatham, Ontario on 18 June 2013. It’s a member of the Figwort (Scrophulariaceae) family. Newcomb’s Wildflower Guide, pages 48-49, says that it comes out in summer grows in waste places and roadsides.
