Oxeye Daisy or Common Daisy

Oxeye Daisy [Leucanthemum vulgare] found at Fletcher Park on 5 June 2013. It’s a member of the Aster (Asteraceae) family. Wildflowers of the Carolinas, pages 258-259, states it’s a “European import” and “found throughout the Carolinas, but occurs less frequently in South Carolina.”
